Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for a hospital parking facility, overseeing a team of attendants and ensuring adherence to established procedures. Plan personnel utilization, conduct interviews, and supervise performance reviews while maintaining safety standards and traffic control. Oversee daily cash handling, submit accurate collection reports, and manage maintenance of equipment, facilities, and signage. Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff, addressing customer inquiries and complaints to uphold exceptional service levels. Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and track key metrics to maximize profitability and meet established targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of parking or transportation management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs)
