Job Summary
Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles while creating positive first and last impressions for guests, patients, and visitors. Welcome and assist individuals with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needs to deliver exceptional arrival-to-departure experiences. Follow traffic laws, company safety standards, and maintain organized work areas with accurate documentation. Work flexible AM/PM/overnight shifts in a luxury property serving millions of patients and guests. Valid driver's license and ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and calm in fast paced environments
- Able to work evenings and/or weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and reach
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull carts, wheelchairs and luggage
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
