Job Summary
Park and retrieve vehicles safely while maintaining accurate records and securely storing keys. Greet guests warmly, explain parking procedures and fees, and assist with questions or concerns in a calm, professional manner. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service, foster a collaborative environment, and maintain cleanliness by clearing debris or trash from the lot. Lift items up to 50 lbs and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly. Work flexible shifts from 5 am to 2 pm or 4 pm to 12 am, seven days a week.

- Assistance is needed 7 days a week
