Job Summary
Oversee daily valet operations by managing staff, scheduling, and quality assurance while serving as the primary client contact to build partnerships and address concerns. Monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to identify trends and irregularities, working with leadership on cost control and accurate record-keeping. Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates, set performance expectations, and enforce company policies to foster a positive work environment. Conduct regular site visits to resolve issues, maintain equipment, and improve processes, ensuring a safe, professional, and organized experience. Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress, challenges, and account needs, using personal devices to coordinate during emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field
- Additional training or certifications in leadership or business management
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed, particularly during financial close periods and occasional travel for financial reviews, audits, or corporate meetings
