Job Summary
Oversee daily valet operations at assigned locations by managing staff, conducting site visits to resolve issues, and performing valet duties when needed. Serve as the primary client contact to foster partnerships, monitor revenue and payroll for cost control, and recruit/train hourly associates to ensure exceptional guest service. Provide regular management updates on progress and challenges while maintaining flexible hours for financial close periods and occasional travel for audits or corporate meetings.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- An acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed, particularly during financial close periods
- Occasional travel for financial reviews, audits, or corporate meetings
