Job Summary
Open doors, direct vehicle traffic, and assist guests entering and leaving the property while monitoring parking areas for safety and security. Retrieve and deliver guest luggage, help guests in and out of vehicles, and provide directions regarding amenities and local areas of interest. Maintain vehicle and key security, report hazards or unauthorized personnel, and communicate parking procedures to visitors. Transport luggage to guest rooms or the designated bell area and assist concierge and front office staff with requests. Requires standing 8 hours daily, entering and exiting customer vehicles 75+ times, and lifting wheelchairs and baggage. Valid driver's license held for at least one year is required.
Required Qualifications
- Standing at least 8 hours a day
- Running up to 200 yards, 50 times a day or more
- Entering and exiting customers vehicles 75 or more times daily
- Lifting wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts, etc. (in and out of customers vehicles)
- A valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
- This license must have been held for at least one year prior to applying
