Job Summary
The position is focused on leading the audit department by developing audit strategies and annual plans, ensuring their successful implementation, and enhancing the professional development of department staff through mentoring. Responsibilities include actively engaging in attracting new clients, maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, managing departmental activities, and ensuring the achievement of assigned financial and business goals. Candidates should have management experience in finance or auditing, practical audit experience, and be on the path to obtaining ACCA or LZRA qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory practical audit experience
- Completed or started ACCA or LZRA qualification path
- Very good knowledge of the Latvian language and good English language skills
- Good skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Analytical thinking, precision, and strong attention to detail
- Motivation to develop both professional and personal growth
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in management roles in finance or auditing
- Practical audit experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
