Job Summary
Inspect molds for damage before setup and repair as needed, then inspect acrylic sheets before forming. Accurately load and operate the vacuum former, attaching sheets to the frame and making adjustments to ensure proper machine operation. Route formed tub shells to the Fiberglass area and prepare daily inventory tags and reduction sheets. Perform required equipment maintenance and adhere to all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment in a non-climate controlled environment with potential chemical exposure. Demonstrate dependability through consistent attendance and timelines. Complete job cross-training as needed and assist in other work areas when assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Able to clear a pre-employment background check within Company set parameters
- Must clear pre-employment Drug screen with a Negative in all tested chemicals
- Ability to operate a forklift in close quarters and in high acuity situations
- Finger and hand dexterity
- Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry
- Standing for long periods of time
- Requires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
- Ability to push, pull, reach, walk, bend and work in positions over and under machinery
- Frequent repetitive motion
- Ability to lift 40-60 lbs for short periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED preferred
- Prior experience a plus
