Job Summary
Vaccines Health and Science Professional engages in promotion of Pfizer's Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels, with regular live in-field customer engagement and virtual engagements. Responsibilities include launching new products, developing territory call plans, implementing live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize effectiveness, building rapport with customers in both live and virtual environments, leveraging internal reports and analytics to identify opportunities, using approved disease-state information for product promotion, collaborating with cross-functional teams (including Field Medical and Account Management), and completing administrative tasks on time and compliantly. The role requires strong product and disease-state knowledge, sales and account-management skills, and effective use of digital tools for customer engagement, with remote collaboration and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Professional Sales or Promotional Activity
- Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience
- Marketing
- Customer Service and/or Account Management
- Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.)
- Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal)
- Full time Military experience
