Job Summary
Lead field sales activities for vaccines across Taichung; build trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics and public health partners; create and execute territory plans to improve patient access; use local data to prioritise customers; collaborate with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to deliver local initiatives; present clear, evidence-based information and provide educational support for immunisation programmes; keep accurate CRM records and manage territory activities within budget and compliance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2–3 years’ sales or field experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare settings
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
- Functional English is an advantage
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to support decisions
- Right to work in Taiwan and willingness to travel regularly across the territory
