Job Summary
Lead field activities for pediatric vaccines across Taiwan’s South District, building trusted relationships with hospital clinicians, clinic managers and public health teams. Present clear, evidence-based information and provide educational support for pediatric immunisation programmes. Create and execute territory business plans to meet objectives and improve patient access, using local data and customer insight to prioritise opportunities. Collaborate with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to deliver local initiatives and events, while maintaining CRM records and adhering to budget guidelines. This on-site role in Taiwan requires regular travel across the territory and offers opportunities for career growth, teamwork and meaningful public health impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2–3 years’ sales or field experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare settings
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin; functional English is an advantage
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to support decisions
- Right to work in Taiwan and willingness to travel regularly across the territory
