Job Summary
Lead development and management of integrated operational schedules in the RDPM tool for Vaccine R&D, coordinating with functional project team members, Project Planning Managers, and Resource Management Officers to ensure coverage of project scope and resources; drive data quality, train new users, and support continuous improvement of templates and metrics in a hybrid Budapest-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Prior planning experience and formal training in project planning
- Strong project planning experience
- Experience in vaccines industry would be valuable
- Knowledge of Planisware or similar planning tools a plus
- Ability to coordinate activities and work remotely in a global environment
- Strong English skills; French a plus
