Optimize vacancy texts for the South-West region across diverse branches like customer service and logistics. Analyze data behind job postings to determine why certain texts succeed while others fail, then rewrite and develop them using AI and smart tools to reach the right target audience. Focus on the administrative and creative aspects of recruitment rather than candidate screening. Work independently to think through new processes and innovations as a pioneer in this function. You may progress to a recruiter role on the long term.
Required Qualifications
- 32, 36 of 40 uur per week beschikbaar
