Area Manager leading the Field Package Sales team in the Greater Atlanta Area to drive events, festivals, and shows, with responsibility for recruiting, coaching, and mentoring Sales Reps; accountable for achieving monthly budgets, delivering high personal sales production, and ensuring exceptional customer service while adapting to a fast-paced travel-market environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in Management (Mini-Vacation field) and 2+ years in Timeshare/Marketing.
- Leadership: A proven ability to inspire teams, solve problems on the fly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
