Job Summary
Learn each client's vacation goals, preferred dates, interests, and budget. Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and packages to compare options and help clients identify choices that fit their needs. Coordinate selected accommodations, transportation, and activities using approved booking resources, then organize reservation details and provide confirmations, itineraries, and trip information. Assist with routine booking updates, schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests while tracking deadlines and following up on outstanding travel details. Review reservations for accuracy before departure and maintain organized client records and planning notes. Complete ongoing destination and supplier education within a collaborative virtual team environment.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or another approved regions
