Job Summary
Telemarketer role within Marriott Vacation Club to act as a Vacation Planner by engaging with warm leads to promote discounted vacation packages, build rapport with prospective clients over the phone, and match guests with suitable holiday options. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of sales activities, meeting and exceeding performance targets, and participating in ongoing training and development. Requires Japanese language proficiency, a friendly and confident demeanor, active listening, and a target-driven mindset. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, and visa sponsorship support for non-Thai associates; training is provided and office locations include Phuket and central Bangkok.
Required Qualifications
