Job Summary
Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferences, schedules, and vacation expectations. Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, transportation, and excursions to present customized recommendations based on client goals and budgets. Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements using approved supplier platforms, then prepare and distribute confirmations, itineraries, and departure information. Assist clients with reservation changes, itinerary revisions, and special accommodation requests while reviewing details to ensure accuracy before departure. Maintain accurate client records and communication history within company systems. Monitor active bookings and provide timely updates throughout the planning process.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions
