Job Summary
Drive and operate vacuum trucks and related equipment to perform maintenance and repairs on stormwater management assets, including catch basins, manholes, vaults, and oil separators. Conduct pre-trip preparations, daily worksite setup, and post-trip clean-up while hydro-excavating and cleaning systems to ensure client compliance with environmental regulations. Requires a Class B Driver's License with air brakes and tanker endorsement, plus experience in oil, gas, and energy sectors. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. This safety-sensitive role supports AQUALIS's mission to preserve water resources through sustainable stormwater management solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Class B Driver's License - air brakes and tanker endorsement required
- Previous hydrovac, trucking, vacuum truck or other related industrial experience
- The ability to acquire a DOT Health Card
- Insurable status under the company's auto policy
- Experience using various tools and equipment used in oil, gas and energy sector including pipe and hand wrenches, hammers, shovels, and gas monitors
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and various terrain
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Physical ability to sit, stand, stoop, squat, carry objects, push and pull
- Proficient with mobile technology (ie. iPads, email, etc.)
- Background screening
