Job Summary
Phlebotomist for a long-term federal healthcare assignment in Reno, NV. Perform venipuncture and specimen collection, verify patient identity and testing orders, label and process specimens accurately, prepare specimens for transport and laboratory testing, maintain laboratory safety and infection control standards, support specimen accessioning and documentation, and assist with inventory and supply management across multiple shifts (day, evening, and overnight). Requires minimum one year phlebotomy experience or national certification, attention to detail, strong patient care and communication skills, and ability to pass federal background screening. Weekly pay with benefits (medical, dental, vision) and dedicated recruiter support.
