Job Summary
Evaluate, administer remedial treatments, and conduct screenings for pediatric patients within the home health setting. Direct patients and caregivers in tasks to restore performance while providing family training on home programming and discharge planning. Coordinate care with office staff, physicians, and other disciplines, maintaining records and referring to appropriate resources. Maintain supplies, participate in Quality Assurance programs, and mentor students and new hires. Serve as a backup service provider and engage in professional activities to achieve departmental goals. Requires a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, current state license, and valid driver's license. Pay ranges from $58-65 per session.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state-issued professional license
- Valid state driver license
- CPR certified
- Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements
