Job Summary
Hybrid, multi-functional operations support role spanning ecommerce, marketing, administration, systems coordination, and customer support. Take ownership of day-to-day tasks such as Shopify product uploads and updates, pricing, SEO, content creation, website updates, online promotions, social media content planning and basic editing, data entry, inventory management, SOP creation, and cross-functional coordination with internal staff and suppliers. Requires strong English communication, exceptional organization, experience with Shopify/ecommerce platforms, Canva, and comfort with AI tools and automation; ability to work independently, align with AU business hours, and contribute to process improvements across ecommerce, marketing, and operations.
