Job Summary
Drive strategic relationships with VA clinical teams, service line leaders, and administrative decision-makers to build sustainable therapy programs. Deliver expert-level clinical education on prosthetics solutions, establish subject matter credibility, and increase therapy utilization across assigned facilities. Optimize workflows by assessing bottlenecks and implementing streamlined processes aligned with VAMC policies. Track adoption trends, provide data-driven forecasting insights to leadership, and support expansion into additional VAMCs and VISN initiatives. Operate as a sales-driven role meeting Altivera Medical's 2026 payor growth objectives with local and regional travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, clinical sales, or federal healthcare systems
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and strategically within complex healthcare environments
- 3+ years of healthcare, medical device, or clinical field experience
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with rehabilitation, pain management, or prosthetics teams
- VA experience or established VA relationships
