Job Summary
Build strategic relationships with VA clinical teams, service line leaders, and administrative decision-makers to drive therapy adoption and reimbursement navigation. Deliver expert-level clinical education on therapy solutions, establish subject matter credibility, and increase utilization through expanded patient starts and standardized referral pathways. Optimize workflows by assessing bottlenecks and implementing streamlined processes aligned with VA policies, while tracking adoption trends to provide data-driven forecasting for regional strategy. Meet and exceed 2026 payor growth objectives through direct revenue impact, with local and regional travel to assigned facilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, clinical sales, or federal healthcare systems
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and strategically within complex healthcare environments
- 3+ years of healthcare, medical device, or clinical field experience
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with rehabilitation, pain management, or prosthetics teams
- VA experience or established VA relationships
