Job Summary
Locum Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician/Perinatologist needed for assignments in Richmond, VA. Clinic runs 8am-5pm Monday–Friday with night and weekend call coverage. Manage outpatient clinic with up to ~25 patients per day. Procedures such as amniocentesis and cervical cerclage are preferred. Hospital privileges required. Ideal candidate is an experienced maternal-fetal physician who can adapt to varying assignment lengths (from days to years) and provide expert guidance tailored to the recruiter’s needs.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO or equivalent
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine or Ob/Gyn with subspecialty training in maternal-fetal medicine (perinatology)
- Active medical license in state of Virginia or ability to obtain
- Hospital privileges or ability to obtain privileges
- Locum tenens experience preferred
