Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and coordinate Verification and Validation Plans aligned with program schedules. Plan and support execution of Test & Evaluation activities, including test scenarios, procedures, and schedules. Maintain requirements traceability to ensure all system requirements are verified, validated, and closed out. Analyse test results and verification evidence to identify defects, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Provide V&V and T&E input to design reviews and prepare test reports, verification records, and assurance documentation. Requires current AGSVA NV1 security clearance and experience in verification, validation, or test and evaluation roles within a Defence or systems engineering environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current AGSVA NV1 security clearance
- Experience in verification, validation or test and evaluation roles, ideally within a Defence or systems engineering environment
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, risk assessment and quality assurance practices
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and work independently
