V&V and Systems Engineering Lead

Job Summary
Lead the V&V and Systems Engineering activities across the ATM modernization program, ensuring that all technical, operational, safety, integration, and regulatory requirements are defined, traceable, verified, and validated, and aligned with program objectives. Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle, systems engineering assurance, integration testing oversight, and acceptance evidence management for all ATM/CNS systems within a safety-critical airport environment. Develop and oversee V&V strategy, plans, and acceptance criteria; lead requirements engineering, traceability, interface management, verification planning, and validation evidence management. Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, design, tests, and acceptance evidence; coordinate with engineering, operations, safety, cybersecurity, human factors, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure system readiness. Oversee FAT/HAT/SAT/SIT/UAT/Operational Verification and readiness activities; manage technical risks, defects, and corrective actions; maintain dashboards and reports. Provide technical leadership and governance support across teams and readiness/certification activities, with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational acceptance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, ATM/CNS Engineering, or related discipline
- Professional certification in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Aviation Systems, Safety Management, or equivalent is desirable
