UXS Training & Demo Manager (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Lead UXS training and demonstrations across air, ground, and sea unmanned systems. Develop and deliver mapping-focused training, hands-on sessions, and end-to-end documentation in German and English. Prepare engaging instructional materials (manuals, presentations, exercises) and conduct product demonstrations that translate complex surveying-grade mapping capabilities into practical operational value for stakeholders. Foster customer enablement across mapping workflows, data acquisition, post-processing, and geospatial outputs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support international engagements. Travel worldwide to support training and demonstrations, and effectively communicate technical topics to security-focused audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading training sessions for customers in German or English
- Hands-on experience with UAS platforms and mapping workflows
- Ability to present complex technical topics to security-focused audiences
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Ability to create instructional materials in German and English
- Familiarity with mapping, photogrammetry, and post-processing workflows
