Job Summary
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons following the ANGLO syllabus for teenage students, emphasizing speaking and listening skills through the communicative approach. Liaise with the Teaching Manager regarding student matters, complete weekly schemes of work, and accurately mark assignments while providing adequate feedback. Ensure students are prepared for presentations, excursions, and cultural visits, and maintain attendance registers by reporting absences at the beginning of each lesson. Respond to incidents or complaints appropriately and inform management as required. Adhere to safeguarding, welfare, and DBS policies, and participate in teacher briefings, meetings, and CPD sessions. Complete academic reports for students and demonstrate a high level of professionalism throughout the 72-hour student programme.
Required Qualifications

- University degree
- TEFLI qualification or equivalent experience (e.g.: CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, PGCE, 120 hour TEFL course)
- Native or near-native English fluency
