Job Summary
Craft clear, concise, and user-centric copy that helps users navigate digital products with confidence. Translate complex information into simple, intuitive language for microcopy across buttons, labels, navigation, instructions, notifications, and error messages. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and researchers to make content an integral part of the product experience, challenging unclear interactions and advocating for the user's perspective. Contribute to the development and evolution of UX writing guidelines, establishing clear principles, patterns, and best practices documented within the design system to ensure a scalable, consistent approach across all digital products.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong understanding of UX writing techniques
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or in a similar role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX writing expertise through relevant examples and projects
- Solid understanding of UX and UI fundamentals
- Understanding of mobile-first design principles
- Ability to adapt UX copy to different interfaces, user journeys, and design contexts
- Ability to apply UX/UI and mobile-first principles effectively
