Job Summary
Own the Design System and Framework for App and Web, evolving patterns while ensuring cross-platform consistency. Independently develop UX/UI concepts, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for iOS, Android, and web. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to challenge designs, assess feasibility, and deliver clear specifications. Mentor Junior Designers by providing direction, feedback, and context to uphold quality standards. Work structurally without micro-tasks to build products over years. Fluent in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 Jahre Erfahrung im UX/UI Bereich
- Erfahrung mit Design Systems
- Erfahrung im Mobile App Design (iOS/Android) und Web
- Stark in UX-Konzeption
- Sehr gutes Interface Design
- Systemisches Denken
- Prototyping (Figma)
- Verständnis für technische Constraints
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Deutsch & Englisch fliessend
