Job Summary
The UX-UI Engineer will enhance user-focused interfaces and experiences for BlackStone eIT by designing and prototyping user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include translating user needs into designs, conducting user research, creating wireframes and flow diagrams, collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility, and staying updated with design trends. Required skills include proficiency with design tools, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in UX/UI design or a related field
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research and testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams
- Portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process required.
