Job Summary
The UX/UI Developer will act as a User Experience Architect, leading UX activities within project teams and collaborating with sales and technical teams. Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and developing UX documentation such as personas, use cases, and wireframes. The role requires a minimum of 8 years in UX/IA, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in UX/IA field, or equivalent
- Graduation in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, or Psychology background preferred
- Experience creating Usability / Interaction design for various user channels
- Experience performing stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and user research
- Knowledge of Web standards, Mobile Device standards & guidelines, technologies, and terminology
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
