Job Summary
The UX/UI Designer will lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications, conducting qualitative and quantitative research to develop insights and themes. This role involves crafting intuitive and accessible user interfaces while ensuring design consistency across various products. The position requires proficiency in Figma, understanding of WCAG standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in design or a related field and have a robust portfolio to demonstrate their expertise.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in UX and UI design, preferably with SaaS apps, both web and mobile
- Portfolio showcasing use cases and design work
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Proficiency with Material Design or another design system
- Solid understanding of accessibility and WCAG key principles (WCAG 2.2 AA)
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Fluent in English; any other European language is an asset
