UX/UI Designer

Job Summary
Own the full product design lifecycle from user research to handoff, crafting usable, scalable web and mobile experiences. Translate user research into personas and journeys, create low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma (and similar tools), design modern, accessible interfaces, build and maintain design systems, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to improve usability, engagement, and conversion. Apply user-centered thinking, run usability tests, and support developer handoff with clear specifications and assets, ensuring consistency across web and mobile products.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and product problem-solving
- High-quality UI execution
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe XD
- Proficiency in Sketch
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping
- Experience with responsive design
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
- Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with analytics and user testing platforms
- Experience with collaboration in Agile environments
