Job Summary
Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered digital solutions and make informed design decisions based on user needs and business goals. Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices while making independent design decisions. This role supports the company's mission to help businesses turn strategy into digital solutions, ranging from AI-powered marketing to data-driven products. A portfolio is required for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- A portfolio
- Experience with Figma design and prototyping
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- other graphic design tools/software
- Feeling comfortable with English as your primary working language, both verbal and written
- Good problem-solving skills in order to find creative solutions to improve user experience
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, bringing designs to fruition
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Genuine interest in the latest Digital trends
