UX/UI Designer (LATAM)

Job Summary
Lead product design across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms for LATAM clients, crafting intuitive experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma. Collaborate closely with engineers to translate designs into implemented interfaces, participate in client presentations and feedback sessions, contribute to design systems and component libraries, and manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Requires 5+ years in product design, a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web work, expert Figma skills, and fluency in English. Fully remote within LATAM with potential to grow into a leadership role; must have overlapping hours with US Eastern Time.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years product design experience
- Strong portfolio (mobile and web)
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing for iOS and Android
- Understanding of responsive design
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Based in Latin America (GMT-3 to GMT-6 preferred)
- Available for overlapping work hours with US Eastern Time
