UX/UI Designer

Job Summary
Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications; collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals; conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions; create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps; develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms; stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and iterate on designs based on feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus
