Job Summary
Following creative direction, produces user experience and user interface designs across the firm’s digital properties. Builds and maintains comprehensive visual design systems to ensure cohesive brand and user journeys. Maps intuitive user flows, sitemaps, and journeys; creates low-to-high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma; develops personas; conducts UX research and usability testing; analyzes analytics to drive data-informed design improvements. Applies SEO and GEO best practices to optimize discoverability; supports email campaign design; participates in weekly team meetings; manages tasks from concept to completion; supports brand operations. Requires strong portfolio in UX/UI, advanced Figma, familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, experience with multimedia web platforms, CMS familiarity (Sitecore, AEM), responsive design, accessibility, and front-end basics. Describes how AI tools can enhance design workflow; emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and delivering high-quality, scalable design assets. Location flexibility to sit in any U.S. office with a hybrid work schedule; no immigration sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in UX/UI Design or related field
- 3 years of experience in professional print and digital design experience
- Strong portfolio in UX/UI and visual design principles
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for design systems
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG) and front-end basics (HTML/CSS)
- Experience with CMS (Sitecore, AEM) is a strong plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote/in-office setup
