Job Summary
UX UI Designer responsible for shaping and enhancing the user experience of Dabble’s app through outstanding design and user-centered solutions. Collaborate with Product and Development teams to create seamless, visually appealing and highly functional experiences across the app. Lead all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off, conceptualize ideas to simplify complex design problems, create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows, present designs to peers and executives, conduct user research to iterate designs, champion design guidelines and accessibility standards, and leverage AI tools like Claude or Figma to rapidly ideate and prototype. Requires proven UX UI design experience with a strong portfolio focused on mobile apps, proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools, knowledge of responsive/mobile-first design and accessibility, strong visual design skills, ability to communicate design ideas effectively, experience with research methodologies, and Agile/Scrum experience. Degree in related field preferred. Remote-friendly, flexible working hours in a cross-country context, with office hubs across Australia (e.g., Darwin, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Albury) and options for hybrid work; salary range AUD 120k-130k plus Super and benefits.
