UX/UI Designer

Job Summary
Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for mobile and digital products. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to support product development initiatives. Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met, maintain design consistency through design systems and reusable components, and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to translate requirements into effective design solutions. Participate in design reviews and iterative improvement processes. Optimize interfaces for large-screen mobile and kiosk experiences when required. Validate design solutions and support implementation teams throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to maintaining design standards, documentation, and UI consistency across products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems and reusable components
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and usability best practices
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience designing responsive interfaces across screen sizes and devices
- Experience designing mobile application interfaces
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
- English proficiency (B2 or higher)
- Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams
