Job Summary
The UX Sr. Designer position focuses on strategizing, researching, and designing user experiences to meet business objectives. The role encompasses collaboration with stakeholders, conducting user research, and creating designs that are usable, accessible, and delightful utilizing human-centered design principles. Candidates should have extensive experience in user experience design, particularly with Figma, and possess strong visual design skills.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in user research, UX design, and design strategy activities
- Strong design system experience with advanced Figma component design skills
- Ability to design components optimized for responsiveness
- Experience creating and aligning to a design system
- Plans, sets up, and executes usability studies
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Visual and Interaction Design skills.
- Basic knowledge of programming and working within complex data systems.
- Experience leading a project and/or team.
