Job Summary
Produce hands-on UX/UI design work across multiple concurrent projects in Figma, delivering polished, production-ready deliverables. Support redesign of the booking experience, design UX for an HR chatbot initiative, and contribute to a greenfield design system build. Partner with Product, Development, and cross-functional teams to align design with business and technical goals while adapting quickly across different teams and project contexts as a floating resource. This floater role spans web and mobile initiatives for a premier hospitality organization, offering real creative ownership across a variety of projects.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on UX/UI design experience (not primarily research-focused)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience working across multiple concurrent projects/teams
- Experience with larger company environments where strong design standards are key
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing for booking/reservation systems
- Experience contributing to or building design systems
- Experience with chatbot or conversational UX
- Hospitality, gaming, or large enterprise experience
