Job Summary
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams on various research objectives by recommending appropriate methods based on project goals, timelines, and constraints. Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities, including developing discussion guides, interview scripts, survey questionnaires, and usability testing materials. Maintain and organize research findings in a centralized repository while contributing to consistent research processes and documentation standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or psychology, 3-5 years of UX research experience, and proficiency with Figma and Zeplin. This role supports the product team's core research function in a remote setting.
