UX Researcher

Lead and execute end-to-end UX research programs to understand customer needs, experiences and interactions to inform design decisions across UK Barclays BiXD. Collaborate with Design, Product, Channel, Marketing, Transformation and Technology; develop prototypes and usability feedback; manage risk and data privacy; supervise a team of researchers; recruit participants; research recruitment experience, particularly in B2B or challenging-to-recruit industries; combine qualitative and quantitative methodologies; ensure research findings are integrated into all stages of the innovation cycle; maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends to influence strategy; leverage data analytics to identify opportunities and evolving customer needs; deliver leadership in risk management and governance for the Insight process; work across Northampton and Manchester sites and be aligned with Barclays values and mindset.
