Job Summary
UX Researcher plans and executes enterprise-scale UX research initiatives. Responsibilities include planning research activities, conducting qualitative and quantitative methods, recruiting subjects, executing studies (stakeholder interviews, usability tests, surveys, field research, analytics), documenting research plans and artifacts, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable insights. Works with designers, strategists, developers, and product teams to map insights to business goals, communicate progress to stakeholders, and support strategy, ideation, and execution across projects. Emphasizes industry best practices, builds strong relationships with research and product teams, and contributes to the overall user experience strategy and future vision.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Master’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
