UX Researcher

Job Summary
Plan and execute end-to-end UX research across the product lifecycle, applying a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics review) to identify trends and opportunities. Translate research findings and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, Design, and Engineering; synthesize complex information into stakeholder-friendly outputs; collaborate cross-functionally to inform prioritization; contribute to improving research workflows and practices; explore and apply AI tools to improve research efficiency and insight generation. Travel approximately 10% is expected. This role supports Alcon’s Digital function with sites in Fort Worth, TX and Warsaw, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years UX Research experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience in cross-functional product teams
- Ability to translate data into actionable product recommendations
- English proficiency
