Job Summary

As a UX Research Intern, you will work closely with product managers and designers to ensure research shapes decisions, observe and talk to real users to uncover why they behave as they do, and contribute across the full research lifecycle from recruiting participants to presenting insights. You will receive mentorship from a Senior UX Researcher, plan and run moderated user sessions, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and advance your understanding of modern research methodologies while using an AI-enabled stack. The program progresses from product immersion to supported ownership and independent research, with structured phases and opportunities to contribute end-to-end on real product work. The role targets graduate students and recent or current degree holders in fields related to understanding human behavior (e.g., Psychology, Cognitive Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction). Strong communication, curiosity, and an analytical mindset are emphasized, along with basic familiarity with statistics and a proactive approach to exploring questions and providing clear findings to the product team.

Required Qualifications
