UX Research Intern

Job Summary
UX Research Intern role based in Bengaluru, working with the research lead to shape product, sales, and marketing decisions across the UAE. You’ll own research ops (recruitment, screening, scheduling, incentives, session logistics), support end-to-end qualitative research (interviews, usability sessions, contextual inquiries), analyze session notes and support synthesis (affinity maps, journey maps, personas, research reports, decks), and help build artefacts and participant communications. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or recently completed undergrad in related fields, with strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, curiosity about why people behave the way they do, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. Bonus points for exposure to qualitative methods and tools like Notion, Miro, Dovetail, Calendly, or Maze. Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology, Design, or a related field
- Final year students and fresh graduates welcome
- Genuine curiosity about people and why they behave the way they do
- Highly organised with strong follow-through
- Clear communicator, written and verbal
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Exposure to qualitative research methods
- Experience with Notion, Miro, Dovetail, Calendly, or Maze
