Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of UX Designers and UX Managers while participating in product discovery sessions with business stakeholders. Drive UX strategy across multiple digital initiatives and produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs using Figma. Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to help establish UX best practices, design standards, and consistency across products. Balance people leadership responsibilities while remaining hands-on with design work and supporting Agile product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of UX/Product Design experience
- Previous experience managing or mentoring UX teams
- Strong experience with Figma
- Experience leading discovery workshops and stakeholder collaboration
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web and mobile experiences
- Experience working within Agile product environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
