Job Summary
Lead UX/IA strategy and ownership for complex data-driven product experiences. Drive information architecture (navigation, taxonomy, page hierarchy, language), shape critical workflows for operators, and own the design system (components, tokens, patterns, governance) with a focus on reducing cognitive load and increasing product coherence. Mentor designers, conduct and synthesize user research with executives and account leads, influence the roadmap, and partner with engineering on feasibility and data architecture. Build credibility with senior stakeholders through discovery sessions, hypotheses testing, and delivering measurable improvements in how clients use data to run their business.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience, with at least 4 in a senior, lead, or principal role at a complex B2B SaaS, platform, or operator-facing product
